Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires 2+ years of leadership in QSR, retail, or hospitality, with strong coaching and communication skills.

Experience with scheduling and inventory management and familiarity with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a growing franchise.

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities
