Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L, and drive sales through customer satisfaction.
• Lead, interview, select, direct, train and develop all subordinate employees with GM/DM support.
• Train crew in customer courtesy and responding promptly to customer needs and service times.
• Monitor product quality and cleanliness; enforce standards and procedures.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and ongoing development of restaurant staff.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety, and health regulations.
