Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L.
• Promote customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs.
• Track waste and monitor shift procedures.
• Communicate issues in sales/profit to GM/DM.
• Assist in executing the restaurant sales and profit plan.
• Monitor food costs to reduce waste and theft.
• Lead, interview, train and develop all subordinate employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards during shifts.
