Everyday Coffee Company in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality to lead daily operations and drive sales. You will hire, train, and develop a high-performing team while managing scheduling, inventory, and guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. CrunchTime/HotSchedules experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Familiarity with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
