Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Chandler, AZ with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality. You will lead daily operations, build a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Scheduling, inventory, and systems such as CrunchTime/HotSchedules are preferred. You will hire, train, and develop staff; manage labor, costs, and back-office tasks; and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while resolving

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
