Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Ability to lead service alongside front-of-house teams.
• Strong guest rapport and led teams.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings; oversee closing duties and nightly numbers.
• Organize opening/closing shifts to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams, upholding our Culture of Caring.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Support GM in managing costs, driving sales, and achieving financial goals.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff as needed.
• Inventory and order food, beverage, and supplies; inspect deliveries.
• Collaborate across sites as required.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends; travel as needed.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds.
