Mister B’s Pizza and Wings in the United States is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage front and back of house. You will oversee staff, scheduling, budgeting, health and safety, and vendor relations while maintaining high-quality service.

You will promote the brand, ensure profitable operation, and coach teams to deliver a consistent dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Proven customer service management experience.
• Extensive F&B knowledge and ability to inform customers and staff about ingredients and dishes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Review product quality and research new vendors.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Promote the brand in the local community.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
