Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Restaurant Manager to direct dining room operations, assign staff to sections, seat residents, and lead beverage service. You will mentor hosts and servers, coordinate events, and assist in budgeting and menu coordination with the Executive Chef.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on resident satisfaction. Work schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00AM–7:00PM, with a competitive salary and full-time benefits in a hospitality-centric

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling food and practicing proper sanitation methods.
• Experience managing restaurant staff and dining settings.
• Ability to lead, manage budgets, and ensure quality service.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant service and supervise wait staff.
• Assign sections, seat residents, and provide beverage service.
• Direct hosts and servers and coordinate daily operations.
• Plan and implement special events and menu coordination.
• Manage monthly operating budget and participate in annual budget development.
