Job summary

THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Lombard, IL to oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations and lead a high-energy team. You will maintain service excellence, develop staff, and drive financial performance while upholding brand standards.

You will leverage OpenTable and POS systems, manage schedules, and ensure safety and sanitation compliance to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Restaurant/General Manager or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with menu education ability.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations front and back of house.
• Maintain elevated service and seamless dining experience for guests.
• Monitor quality, vendor relations, sanitation and safety compliance.
• Organize shifts and staffing to ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Manage budgets, P&L and drive profitable performance.
