Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint seeks an Assistant General Manager to drive sales and manage profits for Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering retail. You will lead a 10+ person team per shift, oversee budgets, payroll, and forecasting, and enforce policies to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Food and Beverage Manager role (QSR preferred).
• Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred.
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and manage revenues across all areas.
• Enforce advertising, marketing plans, HR, and training materials.
• Direct labor, food costs, repairs, maintenance, and discounts.
• Supervise and train all employees; conduct quarterly reviews.
• Guide and develop shift managers; ensure policy compliance.
