Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in quick service, retail, or hospitality to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team.

You will drive sales, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining company standards and a welcoming environment.

Experience with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred to streamline back-office processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred
