Job summary

Whataburger is hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume unit with a $4M+ annual sales footprint and a team of 50+ Family Members. You’ll lead daily operations, ensure hospitality, and develop teammates to meet goals in sales, labor, and profitability.

Expect growth opportunities and a clear path toward Operating Partner roles. You’ll work on-site at your home restaurant, collaborating with leaders, driving improvements, and upholding food and workplace safety standards while

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays and variable hours.
Stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
1–3 years of leadership experience.
ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training).
Valid driver’s license and auto liability coverage.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards.
