This role requires 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment and a passion for guest service alongside our front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Proven ability to lead service alongside front of house teams.
• Skilled in developing guest rapport and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and supervise line, temperature and cooler checks; close duties.
• Organize opening/closing shifts to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
• Guide hourly and management teams while upholding our Culture of Caring.
• Drive costs, sales and business growth in line with financial goals.
• Hire, train, and develop BOH staff with GM support.
• Perform inventories and manage orders/receiving.
