Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager in College Station, TX to lead a high-volume store with 4M+ in annual sales and a 50+ team. You’ll drive hospitality, guest service, and teamwork while rotating through Customer, Quality, and People AORs to build strong leadership.

You’ll manage daily operations, coach and develop Family Members, ensure food and workplace safety, and reach sales, labor, and profitability goals in partnership with the Operating Partner.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet physical demands.
• Possess ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training)
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain auto liability at required levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards with a friendly, fast Whataburger experience.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and workplace safety while upholding brand standards.
• Lead shifts and manage talent development with restaurant leadership team.
