Job summary

Whataburger is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume restaurant with strong sales and a large team. You will lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a team to deliver exceptional service while managing costs and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

1–3 years of leadership experience.
ServSafe Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain during training.
Strong availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Champion hospitality and guest service standards by creating friendly, fast, authentic experiences.
Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their full potential.
Be responsible for achieving restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards are upheld.
