Job summary

Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin Donuts franchisee, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will drive profitability by executing Dunkin standards, promoting a guest-first culture and ensuring compliance with all laws and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and developing staff, managing performance, and coordinating all shifts to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Proven ability to communicate expectations and manage performance.
• Strong focus on guest service and restaurant cleanliness.
• Ability to manage costs and drive profitability.
• Fluent in English; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed with qualified team members to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, sanitary environment; comply with laws.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Complete audits and drive system improvements.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs.
• Set sales goals and track results.
