Job summary

Cafua Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering the guest-first culture Dunkin’ franchisees rely on. You will drive operational excellence, ensure brand standards are met, and manage both guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will recruit and train staff, monitor performance, and execute production and service standards across shifts while complying with safety and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant or retail.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop restaurant staff.
• Communicate job expectations and monitor performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed with qualified team members to meet service goals.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws.
