Subway is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Weatherford, TX. As part of the Subway Team, you will focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, safety, inventory control, local marketing, staff recruiting, and teamwork to run a successful restaurant.

You will lead and train team members, enforce safety and health codes, manage records and sales analysis, contact potential guests to drive sales, participate in marketing initiatives, and plan events and promotions.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in a restaurant environment with supervising/training staff.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting and training outstanding Team members; coaching staff.
• Ensuring safety, health, and food safety codes are followed.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying prospective Guests to promote sales and growth.
• Supporting local marketing initiatives and event planning.
