Panevino Ristorante in Livingston, New Jersey, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations alongside the Restaurant General Manager. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold service standards.

This hands-on role requires at least 2 years' restaurant management experience in high-volume settings, strong leadership, and proficiency with POS systems, Excel, Word, and safety compliance. Competitive base salary 50,400–68,000 USD plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high‑volume setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and development.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with general computer software and point of sale systems; ServSafe/related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant operations and coordinate across all areas.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high performance.
• Maintain positive guest relations and high service standards; address concerns promptly.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling and other administrative tasks.
• Monitor POS system for errors and price variations; ensure health and safety compliance.
