QUALITY BRAND GROUP LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee operating multiple locations in Arizona, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee store operations, recruit and develop staff, and drive sales and profitability with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will lead shifts, ensure food safety and quality, and manage costs while delivering a great guest experience through effective coaching and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making – analyze and act on information.
• Building Effective Teams – place people in the right roles and motivate.
• Be physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment; lift 30–50 pounds.
