LM Restaurants' Carolina Ale House Fayetteville is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house and support the kitchen. You will drive guest experiences and oversee daily operations in Fayetteville, NC.

You will recruit and develop staff, ensure safety and quality, manage scheduling, and partner with leadership to meet sales and service goals. The position is full-time with a competitive salary in the $55k–$65k range.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ops front and back of house with focus on safety, training, guest experience, sales, and profitability.
• Partner with management to execute action plans and keep shifts running smoothly.
• Support hourly staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver hospitality, food quality, and consistent execution.
• Maintain clear communication between dining room, bar, and kitchen.
• Uphold standards for food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant readiness.
• Control costs and expenses through strong shift leadership and discipline.
