Job summary

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is hiring an assistant manager to help run a fresh, made-from-scratch restaurant. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting, leading teams of 15+ employees.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer interaction and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running daily restaurant operations and guest service.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members for increased responsibilities.
• Coordinate schedules, maintain standards, and ensure quality food preparation.
