Qualifications

• 5+ years of Food & Beverage general management experience, including opening new establishments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven expertise in POS systems, cost control, cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for craft beer and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Manchester operation, including seasonal outdoor spaces and events.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring adherence to culture and standards.
• Develop and execute training programs to onboard and continuously educate staff.
• Provide hands-on coaching and foster a supportive, collaborative environment.
