JOEY Restaurants in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Manager to contribute to the success of a multi-million-dollar operation. You will recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team while driving quarterly goals and maintaining top-tier product, profit, environment, and guest experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service excellence, and hands-on coaching in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, with a focus on hospitality and operational integrity.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler certifications.
• Must have California Responsible Beverage Service certifications.
• Passion for hospitality with a proven track record of creating world-class experiences.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Able to walk/stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cohesive, collaborative team through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise service and experience standards and coach as needed.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and support onboarding and retention.
• Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
• Communicate daily focus to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow food and alcohol safety precautions and procedures.

Annual Salary Range

$70304.00 - $80000.00 per year

As aRestaurant Manager, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people. In this role, you willbe responsible forattracting,retaining, and developing a high-performing team while driving their personal growth. You will efficiently deliver and execute quarterly strategic planning goals while upholding the highest standards in product, profit,environment,and experience.

Duties

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 + years leadership experience(If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!).
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proventrack recordof creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrivein adynamic,fast-paced work environment.
• Be able towalk andstand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks;and liftand carryup to50lbs.
