• Monitors costs by supervising crew prep, production, and procedures execution.
• Tracks waste and manages shift staffing.
• Communicates issues in sales and profit to GM/DM.
• Ensures proper execution of standards and procedures when managing shifts.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
• Trains crew in new products and in the Training process.
• Cross-trains crew for efficient shift coverage.
• Monitors inventory and handles weekly deliveries.
• Maintains security of cash, product and equipment.
