7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Leader Trainee to join our store management team in Texas. This role focuses on training, developing leaders, and delivering excellent guest service while promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant staff (≤140 chars).
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to ensure retention and growth.

• Manage merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
• Use P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements.
