You will manage front- and back-of-house operations with support from a home-office team, and you should be prepared for a demanding schedule as part of this key leadership position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• You’ll execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• You’ll have home office support available on a 24/7 basis to help you succeed.
