Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily work flows.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house activities and staff coordination.
• Provide home office support and guidance to the team 24/7.
