Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. in Owensboro, KY seeks a Restaurant Associate Manager who combines people leadership with restaurant operations to deliver guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

You021ll manage front- and back-of-house tasks, with support from home office on a 24/7 basis, and contribute to a warm, hospitality-driven team culture across store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid drivers license
• Must be fluent in English
