A historic hotel seeks a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee operations and lead a team. The role involves managing guest services, enhancing product quality, and implementing training programs. One of the most historic hotels in the city, the Hilton Boston Park Plaza (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/bossrhh-hilton-boston-park-plaza/?y_source=1_MTAxNjgwNTUzNS03MTUtbG9jYXRpb24ud2Vic2l0ZQ==) is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team. This 1060-room property has a prime Back Bay location, just steps from Boston Common and the Public Garden, and close to Beacon Hill and the Theater District.
In this role, you will oversee up to 12 front and back of house team members and report to the Director of Food and Beverage. The hotel features one restaurant (Off the Common), in-room dining, and 64,944 sq ft of event space. Candidates will primarily manage the outlets but are expected to cross-train in banquets.
The ideal candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience in food and beverage, either in a standalone or hotel restaurant. Experience leading a union team is a plus.
