Job summary

North Italia, Denver, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume full-service setting. You will manage scheduling, guest experience, and team performance to deliver our standard of great hospitality.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with a passionate team and ensure operational excellence, labor control, and consistent quality across the dining room and bar throughout long shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated working understanding of business operations and financials.
• Dependable, reliable, and motivated with ability to lead a team.
• Able to work ten-hour plus shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior POSitouch, Crunchtime, and OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including scheduling, daily decision making, and planning.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with the brand standards for quality and service.
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team to improve performance.
• Collaborate with kitchen to maintain food quality and prep levels.
