• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
• Understanding of business operations and financials
• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning
• Deliver memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• Knowledge of flavors, aromas, and ingredients
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Operate calmly in high-volume environments
• Manage on-the-fly requests with poise
• Familiarity with POS systems and online reservations
• Coach and develop restaurant team
• Drive continuous improvement
