Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience as a dining room manager in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and develop FOH employees.
• Write and post FOH weekly schedules and set service goals.
• Greet guests, process checks, and resolve complaints.
• Interact with guests to build genuine rapport.
• Conduct daily menu classes and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in monthly inventory and run department meetings.
• Attend weekly restaurant management meetings.
