Job summary

Emeline in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead daily service, support a collaborative team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience across dining and bar operations.

You will develop, motivate, and guide staff, coordinate scheduling and payroll, handle guest requests, and uphold Makeready’s guiding principles and benefits program.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing restaurant front of house operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong communication skills; approachable and professional.
• Prior team leadership experience preferred.

This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the restaurants and bars. Your primary role is to oversee and support the front of house operations, develop, and motivate your team members and deliver an enjoyable dining experience for all.
