Job summary

Emeline is seeking a kitchen professional to join the Makeready collection, focusing on mise en place, ingredient prep, and timely execution of dishes. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cleanliness and safety while supporting both front and back-of-house operations.

As part of a team that values collaboration, you will follow sanitation guidelines, handle commercial equipment, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience with passion for great ingredients and local flavors.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment.
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures.
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred.
• Great communication skills with both front and back of the house.
• Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease.

Frannie & the Fox is clever, comfortable, and cool. Emeline's three meal a day experience that comes in the form of a 'foodie' but never pretentious.

This individual is passionate about the connections that can be created over a good meal. Their primary goal is to create an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors.
