The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings and is proficient in scheduling and inventory management.

You will hire, train, coach staff, create schedules, monitor costs, and ensure cleanliness and safety.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
