What The Job Entails

As a Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks, including planning and overseeing shifts, ensuring team performance aligns with McDonald’s standards, and monitoring safety, security, profitability, communication, and teamwork. You’ll help meet shift targets and ensure assigned departments meet their goals.
