Qualifications

• At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual dining.
• Steady employment history and minimum two professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a customer/guest-service focus.
• Ability to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive positive sales growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per health standards.
• Lead staff by setting expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, and enforcing policies.
