Fricker's in Fremont, OH seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead the team, inspire staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales growth, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and maintain a profitable environment while coaching and developing team members.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent restaurant management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with guest service focus.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Execute Fricker’s brand of fun, food, sports and spirits.
• Drive positive sales growth.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment per standards.
• Train, schedule, coach, counsel and enforce policies.
• Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
• Recruit, select and train quality staff.
