Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong familiarity with food service regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; OpenTable and Restaurant POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with staffing, training, and development for all front-of-house employees.
• Ensure company standards are met by communicating policies and procedures to staff.
• Reinforce rules including uniform, grooming, and timeliness.
