Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Bozeman, MT to oversee the restaurant, lounge, and room service operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure profitability, and lead a skilled team in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities include managing operations, developing the beverage program, supervising staff, and coordinating with the General Manager and Executive Committee to uphold brand standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and beverage programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize activities of hotel food and beverage outlets, ensuring service quality.
• Develop and curate the beverage program and wine menu.
• Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and recognize staff.
• Collaborate with General Manager and participate in Executive Committee.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
