Description

Qualified candidates must be energetic, hardworking, team-oriented, honest, and comfortable with managing people. Must be available to work consistently, act with professionalism at all times, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating an exceptional service experience and prioritizing hospitality for our guests
  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Hiring and training staff following company policies
  • Upholding standards for food preparation and service
  • Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues
  • Creating work schedules, controlling costs, managing inventories, and ordering supplies
  • Facility management and staff performance evaluation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dining Room Manager in a high-volume restaurant
  • Current Food Safety and Sanitation certification
  • Current Alcohol Training certification
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Leadership and team motivation skills
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and beverage service
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with POS and bookkeeping systems
  • Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office
  • Availability to travel for training (3545 days)
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and various shifts
  • Ability to work 45-55 hours per week, lift up to 25 lbs, and maintain good hygiene
  • Reliable transportation and high stamina
  • Must be 21 or older
