As an Outlets Leader, you will lead the charge in maximizing the profitability of the food and beverage outlets by delivering seamless, top-tier service that not only meets but consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests, ensuring every guest interaction is executed with precision, efficiency, and an unforgettable touch of professionalism.

What you will be doing:

· Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop outlet staff, ensuring effective performance, appropriate conduct, and succession planning.

· Manage staff scheduling to meet coverage and budget goals, process payroll accurately, and monitor tip distribution.

· Direct daily restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service standards, and cleanliness are consistently met.

· Interact with guests to promote services, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain outlet profitability by managing costs, ordering supplies, tracking revenue, and ensuring par stock levels.

· Plan and implement special events, promotions, and sales incentives to drive revenue and customer engagement.

· Conduct meetings, maintain interdepartmental and vendor relations, and ensure effective communication of key information.

· Enforce company standards, participate in safety procedures, uphold sanitation standards, and handle incident reporting.

What we are looking for:

· High school diploma required; an advanced degree in hospitality is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of prior Food & Beverage management experience is essential.

· Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including preparation techniques, beverage operations, and wines.

· Proficiency in mathematics for inventory tracking and financial analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and POS systems is beneficial.

· Ability to respond promptly and accurately to guest requests, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and promote menu items effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.

· Dependable and adaptable to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation, including working varied schedules such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively address guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.

· Capability to stand and move continuously throughout the facility, operate a keyboard, and understand POS procedures. Cash handling experience is required.

· Ability to obtain and maintain certifications such as Responsible Beverage Service and ServSafe Training. Must represent the company in a professional, well-groomed, and courteous manner.

· Ability to work in both office and active food and beverage environments.
