Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and procedures, suggest development, promotion, and disciplinary measures affecting team members, and make hiring and termination recommendations to the General Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety and sanitation, monitoring food and beverage quality, performing Quarterly Food Reviews, managing weekly inventories, creating and receiving orders, and overseeing daily prep production.
