Job summary

Chuy's in Tennessee seeks a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring guests feel the love from entry to the last margarita. You’ll lead with energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence, keeping the bar, lobby, and to-go systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of management in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment, plus relevant certifications and a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
