Job summary

Chuy's, a Tex-Mex chain with roots in Texas, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operation in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen setting. You’ll lead with energy to ensure guests feel welcomed from the moment they walk in until the last sip of margarita.

You will supervise the bar, lobby, and to-go systems with a commitment to excellence, while developing a top-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead with energy to ensure guest satisfaction from entry to departure.
• Oversee bar, lobby, and to-go operations for smooth service.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in line with regulations.
• Drive performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
