Job summary

Chuy's in Austin, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from entry to departure. You will lead the bar, lobby, and to-go systems with energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar, lobby, and to-go systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences from entry to departure.
