Elior North America is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for the Constellation team in West Palm Beach, FL. Lead the front-of-house operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a museum setting, balancing hospitality with efficient restaurant performance.

You will recruit and train FOH staff, maintain high standards of service, and collaborate with culinary leadership and the General Manager to create a welcoming environment aligned with the museum context.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe Manager certification (nice-to-have).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (nice-to-have).

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to our Constellation Culinary Group team in West Palm Beach, FL.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day front-of-house operations of the restaurant in a Cultural setting. This role ensures an exceptional dining experience for museum guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a guest-focused environment, develops strong teams, and understands how to balance an elevated dining experience with efficient restaurant operations. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with culinary leadership and the General Manager to create a welcoming experience that complements the museum environment.

What you’ll be doing:
