Job summary

Constellation Culinary Group at the Norton Museum in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Event Captain to lead event service and ensure every detail is executed with the highest level of hospitality. You will supervise front- and back-of-house teams while helping create exceptional experiences at a variety of luxury events.

Role requires strong leadership, exemplary guest service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of professional service standards.
• Ability to lead with confidence, remain composed in a fast-paced environment, and effectively support a team throughout the execution of an event.
• A polished, professional presence and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry event equipment up to 25lbs

The Role at a glance:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Event Captain to join our Constellation Culinary Group team at the Norton Museum in West Palm Beach, FL. As an Event Captain, you will lead event service and ensure every detail is executed with the highest level of hospitality. You’ll supervise front- and back-of-house teams while helping create exceptional experiences at a variety of luxury events.

Compensation Range

$32-$36 based on experience.
