Job summary

Le Diplomate in Washington, DC, part of STARR Restaurants, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our upscale, high-volume venue on 14th Street. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff performance, and service standards to deliver a cohesive French-brasserie experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and strategic management skills.
• Ability to drive performance and success of the restaurant and staff.
• Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA & OpenTable software systems highly preferred.
• Prior experience managing, developing or training on a service program preferred.
• A strong understanding of wine varietals and craft cocktails.
